You may not claim AI-generated outputs as original human-authored work for commercial publication without attribution to AskClash.

Crypto, stock, commodity, and market analysis provided by AskClash is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance of predictions does not guarantee future results.

Not Betting Advice

Sports predictions, confidence scores, spread analyses, and edge assessments are for informational and entertainment purposes only. AskClash does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, or facilitate gambling. Predictions should not be relied upon as the sole basis for betting decisions. Sports betting involves significant risk of financial loss. You are solely responsible for any bets you place on third-party platforms.

AI Limitations

AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or biases. AskClash uses multiple data sources and AI models but cannot guarantee accuracy. Always verify important information independently before acting on it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Beta access may be revoked at any time. By using the beta, you acknowledge that the Service is under active development and may not function as expected.

AskClash integrates with third-party services including ClashPicks, Google, Apple, OpenAI, Anthropic, ESPN, CoinGecko, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and policies. AskClash is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
