What AskClash is

AskClash is an AI market intelligence platform for crypto, finance, sports, tech, world news, and entertainment.

The product includes Ask (AI Q&A with source context), Discover and For You briefings, public Answers and entity pages, Pro Charts and AI Charts, Crypto Intel tools, MarketCap and token screener surfaces, US stock screener pages, the AI model leaderboard, Portfolio and watchlists, Wallet Tracker, Sports Picks and prediction-market context, the Research workspace (saved reports, custom agents, and scheduled runs), price alerts and notifications, and paid Lite, Plus, and Pro plans with tiered model access.

Information we collect

Account and sign-in: email address, display name, sign-in method (Google OAuth or email magic link), session identifiers, and your plan tier and subscription status.

Billing metadata: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, billing period dates, and in-product usage counters (for example daily question, chart, report, and frontier-model counts). Card numbers and full payment credentials are processed by Stripe; AskClash does not store them.

Product usage: questions, selected modes (including Deep and Research), model preferences, chat history (device-local for Free; server-side for Plus and Pro where enabled), feedback, votes, saved research reports, agent configurations, schedules, run history, notification and alert rules, and tier or feature preferences.

Portfolio and markets context: holdings, watchlist entries, price-alert conditions, and optional wallet connection state including linked wallet addresses and chains.

Wallet Tracker: blockchain addresses you choose to look up or save, labels, and related watchlist metadata. On-chain ledger data itself is public; your decision to track or save an address is personal data.

CLASH holder discounts: if you link a Solana wallet at checkout, we perform a read-only on-chain balance check for $CLASH to determine Bronze, Silver, or Gold discount eligibility. We do not request private keys or signing authority for this check.

Device, browser, and operations: user-agent, referer, coarse analytics events, hashed IP-derived identifiers for abuse prevention and rate limiting, and operational logs needed to keep the service reliable.

Location: if you grant browser location for a "near me" style query, it is used for that request and is not stored as a standing profile field.

How features use data

AskClash uses your questions, selected mode, recent context, memory settings, and optional portfolio or watchlist data to produce more relevant answers.

Discover and For You use article, post, social, market, and other source clusters to create question-led briefings. Personalized briefings may incorporate your watchlist or follow preferences where enabled.

Research, agents, and scheduled reports store your prompts, outputs, schedules, and run metadata so you can revisit or automate work across sessions on paid tiers.

Crypto Intel, Sports Picks, and prediction-market surfaces may combine market data, matchup context, and crowd-pricing signals into summaries. Wisdom-backed entity cards and claims may attach source receipts to answers.

Alerts and notifications evaluate your saved rules against market or portfolio changes and may deliver in-app notifications or, on eligible Pro plans, email through our email provider.

Subscriptions and payment processing

Paid Lite, Plus, and Pro plans are sold through Stripe Checkout and managed in the Stripe billing portal linked from AskClash.

Stripe receives payment method details and billing information needed to process your subscription. Where applicable law requires tax, it may be calculated and collected by Stripe at checkout. AskClash receives confirmation of payment status, subscription state, and non-sensitive billing metadata needed to enforce your plan tier and usage limits.

Sources and third parties

AskClash may share data with service providers that help us operate the product, including Stripe (payments), Google (OAuth sign-in), Resend (transactional email such as magic links and alert email), AI model providers (for example Anthropic and OpenAI), market-data and news providers, wallet and blockchain data providers, first-party analytics infrastructure, and ClashPicks-related services where prediction-market context is shown.

We do not sell your personal information. Third-party providers process data under their own policies when you use their services or when we send data to them on your behalf. Links to external sites are not endorsements.

Cookies and local storage

The web app uses cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions, theme, app state, settings, frontend cache versioning, device-local chat history on Free, and basic product behavior.

Clearing browser data may sign you out and reset local preferences or locally stored history.

Analytics and abuse prevention

AskClash collects first-party analytics such as page views, feature usage events, and conversion funnels to understand product performance.

We also use IP-derived identifiers (including hashed values) for guest rate limits, abuse prevention, and security. These are operational safeguards, not an advertising profile.

Retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as needed for product operation, safety, debugging, analytics, personalization, billing, legal obligations, or abuse prevention.

In-product controls may let you clear local search history, clear conversation memory, disconnect wallets, manage alerts, or sign out.

If you want account deletion or export help, email support@askclash.ai. Cancel an active paid subscription through the in-app billing portal before or as part of a deletion request so renewals do not continue. Some billing and fraud-prevention records may be retained as required by law or payment processors even after deletion.

Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no web service can guarantee perfect security.

Do not submit secrets, private keys, seed phrases, sensitive financial credentials, or information you would not want processed by an AI service.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information.

Children

AskClash is not intended for children under 13, and it should not be used by anyone barred from using online services under applicable law.
