Who these Terms are with

AskClash is operated by GeorgePlaysCR Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the same company that operates ClashPicks. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and GeorgePlaysCR Inc.

Your AskClash account is the single account used across the CLASH ecosystem, including ClashPicks, Clash Project, and Front Line. Paid subscriptions started from any of those products are sold by GeorgePlaysCR Inc through AskClash and are governed by these Terms. Individual products may add their own product terms; where a product term conflicts with these Terms on billing, accounts, or disputes, these Terms control.

By creating an account, signing in to another CLASH product with your AskClash account, or starting a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AskClash.

Using AskClash

AskClash provides AI-generated answers, Discover and For You briefings, Research workspace tools, Pro Charts and AI Charts, portfolio and watchlist context, Crypto Intel, Sports Picks, prediction-market signals, public market pages, alerts, and related information surfaces.

You are responsible for how you use the information. Outputs from scheduled or autonomous agents are informational only and do not execute trades or bets on your behalf.

Not financial, legal, medical, or betting advice

AskClash is informational. It may discuss markets, crypto, sports, prediction markets, portfolios, or public events, but it does not provide personalized financial, legal, medical, tax, or betting advice. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals and primary sources.

Accounts and access

Some features require sign-in. Paid capabilities require an active Plus or Pro subscription unless otherwise stated.

Free accounts have lower usage limits and fewer features than paid plans. Current plan features and limits are shown in the in-app Billing and Usage tabs and at https://askclash.ai/billing?app=1.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under your credentials.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellations

Paid plans (Lite, Plus, and Pro) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and auto-renew until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime through the in-app billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law.

We do not offer free trials. We do not offer automatic partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.

Plan changes (upgrades, downgrades, or switching between monthly and annual billing) are handled through the Stripe billing portal and may be prorated according to Stripe's standard billing rules.

If we change subscription prices, we will provide advance notice through the product, email, or billing portal where practical.

Refund or billing questions: email support@askclash.ai. Chargebacks that bypass this process may result in account suspension.

CLASH token holder discounts

Eligible $CLASH token holders may receive Bronze (10%), Silver (15%), or Gold (20%) discounts on paid plans.

Discounts are applied through Stripe coupons at checkout after a read-only on-chain balance check of a linked Solana wallet.

Discounts have no cash value, are not transferable, may change or end with notice, and cannot be combined beyond the published maximum.

Usage limits and plan features

Each plan includes daily and feature-specific limits (for example AI questions, Deep/Research usage, AI Charts, saved reports, scheduled reports, frontier-model calls, watchlist size, and model access). Limits may change as the product evolves.

Current limits for your plan are shown in-app and at https://askclash.ai/billing?app=1.

Exceeding a limit may block further use of that feature, show an upgrade prompt, or throttle access until the next reset window. This is normal product behavior, not a breach of these Terms.

Downgrades and cancellation effects

When a paid plan ends or you downgrade, paid-only features stop at the end of the current billing period (or immediately if required by payment failure rules shown in-app).

We may preserve server-side data such as saved reports, agents, schedules, memory, and chat history, but access above your new tier's limits may become read-only, paused, or unavailable until you upgrade again.

Taxes

Listed subscription prices exclude applicable taxes. Where tax is required, it may be collected at checkout by our payment processor based on your billing address.

Portfolio and wallet features

Portfolio, watchlist, and wallet-related features are for tracking and context. AskClash is not a broker, exchange, custodian, wallet recovery service, or trading system.

Prediction-market and ClashPicks signals

Prediction-market information is a crowd-pricing signal, not a promise of outcome. Availability, odds, volume, settlement, and market rules may change outside AskClash.

AI limitations

AI answers and agent outputs can be incomplete, stale, wrong, or misread sources.

Discover source counts, Wisdom receipts, and calibration language are designed to improve context, but they do not guarantee accuracy. Independently verify high-stakes information.

Acceptable use

Do not use AskClash to break laws, abuse systems, scrape beyond allowed use, attack infrastructure, impersonate others, submit malware, violate privacy, or request harmful instructions.

Do not circumvent tier limits, usage enforcement, or access controls — including by creating multiple accounts, automating abuse, or sharing credentials to evade plan caps.

Intellectual property and your content

AskClash and its branding, software, and curated content are owned by AskClash or its licensors.

You retain rights to inputs you submit. You grant AskClash a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service, including running AI models and storing reports or agents on your behalf.

Disclaimer of warranties

AskClash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeorgePlaysCR Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

The total liability of GeorgePlaysCR Inc for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law and disputes

Before starting a formal proceeding, contact support@askclash.ai and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Most questions about billing, access, or account state are resolved this way.

If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and GeorgePlaysCR Inc agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or AskClash will be resolved by binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), or a comparable administrator if AAA is unavailable, under that administrator's applicable rules. The arbitration may be conducted remotely, including by video conference, unless the arbitrator determines another format is necessary.

The seat, meaning the legal place, of arbitration is the State of Wyoming, USA, and the arbitration is deemed to take place in Wyoming even when conducted remotely.

Either party may instead bring a qualifying claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to stop hacking, abuse, or intellectual property infringement.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or AskClash, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent preempted by applicable federal law.

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Changes and availability

AskClash is evolving quickly. Features, names, pages, models, data providers, limits, and availability may change, pause, or be removed as the product improves. Continued use after material Terms changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
